Develop a desktop application compaitable with Windows 10

Hello, We are the data management company and we require an application to improve our turnaround time by automation of some of our current contracts steps and that's why we are looking for an experienced programmer with proven track record to write an application to access a website with credentials, run a search on a site and fill out forms and submit data. Credentials should be used in rotation and software should have following options: - Ability to import list of search and form input data - Ability to import account credentials - Ability to set limit for an account to be rotated after each submission - Checking submission status from the account and writing in the same sheet which we have imported with data to insert on forms but writing shouldn't be in real time means app can hold data and upon export we should have a choice to save a file. - Show list of imported file and its progress in grid. - Ability to set index to start from. - Interval between each hit - Switch to browser mode to see the progress and steps in builtin browser. - Ability to pause and resume job. For the interface I can show you an example app of another app with small operations like import list/export/start/pause/interval, progress etc. I will consider only serious proposals so no copy/pasting and random bids. So please feel free to place a bid which you will not retract unless what I have defined in this project brief and what we discuss over the private message has been changed. Yes you can retract if the scope of the work has been changed and I understand that but what I have listed is what I am currently look for. Also mention the free Support period in your proposal for debugging. At the end of the project you will transfer all the rights to us and you are not allowed to publish the work in your portfolio or distribute its copies as a whole or as a part of project to anyone else.
