C# Email Service for Social Media API (Xamarin, UWP, or WPF)

Hello I can create a C# .Net Framework library which will expose endpoints as getting list of mailboxes, getting list of messages in a mailbox, retrieving detailed information for a message and download attachment of a message and several other main functionalities. Hi!, I have done this is in the past, I can show it to you. I did it web though, but did it in c# so I can redo it in WPF or UWP. The reason I'm going that high with the bid (and I apologize for that) is that anybody who does this will need at least 30 days, full time, the reason being emails are not just text, is HTML, so there is a lot of work rendering the content of the emails, it just takes a lot of time, then the attachments both ways downloading them, uploading them, etc Thanks! I can handle it using UWP as it is fluid and nice UI. I will build a dll library for each mail server of the four. Then I will build a common user interface to display the mails.

Hi there, Is this supposed to be created as a windows/web service or as a desktop application? Or maybe both where the functional requirements are exposed as a service then it will be consumed by a frontend with wpf for instance? Any particular reason to use web APIs of mentioned providers? Would it be ok if IMAP and SMTP used? As far as I can see all 4 services support and expose that functionality freely. Any specific .net/Windows version you want to target?

I've been working with WPF/MVVM for the past 8 years now, 3 years with UWP, its not like "I've seen MVVM couple of times, I can work with it" - I specialize in it indeed.
