Добрый день. могу реализовать данный API в проекте. у меня большой опыт разработки десктоп приложений на WPF. в текущую стоимость готов сделать: 1. реализовать API для загрузки видео ( секретный токен от YOUTUBE канала - можно либо загружать из файла по определённому расположению, либо выбирать) 2. соответственно добавить, кнопку которая будет по нажатию предлагать выбрать файл и загружать его (так же наверное надо заполнить инфу по видео - описания и т.д. - соответственно нужна для всего этого форма) 3. если надо показать прогресс выполнения 4. могу оформить в виде отдельной либы + тестовое приложение. дополнительно за отдельную плату можно расширить функционал: 1. прочие API YOUTUBE
