Plugin in C for OBS for Windows.

What the plugin must do: 1.- When starting OBS, open a panel beside the "control" panel with login for username and password. this is verified against a Web API. 2.- After successful login the panel show a list of server with modify button and a on off toggle. 3.- The returned JSON have custom configurations for the OBS like the streaming bitrate, the resolution , the audio bitrate, so , those custom configuration have to be applied to the OBS. 4.- "Heartbeat" functionality: While broadcasting every minute send to the API information about the broadcasting. 5.- On Exit, clean the transmission key and logout from the api. The web API exist already, no work need to be done there. The plugin should work in OBS windows. I need a working DLL and source code.
