Program finished project already started

I have a small program that needs to be updated, it's in C#. It currently doesn't do this in correct way. Explanation of what it needs to be done can be found in "[login to view URL]". If you are chosen you will receive a project files that you need to further work on to suit this project. Some of the functions are already there, others have to be modified. If you have read the project description you'll know it's simple and easy one and I don't expect to pay more then 15$ since an experienced programmer can do this in less then an hour. If you want to know more contact me and I'll give you project files so you can look at what has been done so far. This is a minor adjustment and it has to be completed by 19th November 13PM CEST. Deadline can't be moved, so if it doesn't suit you please don't apply.
