I would like to hire someone that can code in asp.net, c#, mvc and sql

I work for a small location agency. We have two sites sharing a database, old current (live) site & new sample site. Please review front & back end of both sites. What we require lies below. REGISTRATION • Can the e-mail for registration contain all details of registries get sent to us. At the moment it says: There is a new client registered with The Location Office site, customer's email address is JVH .This however we feel should also add a link to the email you receive to take to a new admin screen where all details have been populated. • We would like a forgotten log in or password details function. SEARCH PAGE • Searches not always displaying correctly according to (#) e.g Garden formal, class room SEARCH FUNCTION: • Somehow if results can be shown per search, so eg. Kitchen, when clicked, all kitchen images pops up of a particular location or various locations that has kitchen tagged and then a button next to that that is clicked see entire location. RESULTS: Is it possible: if you have done a search where it is results, the page says SEARCH – could it change to Search Results for “ and then what was searched for” EG. SEARCH RESULTS for bathrooms, modern Is it possible to leave the SEARCH RESULTS HEADING AS fixed, if you scroll it does not disappear? • Can images displayed have the scroll over of each pic. It’s very difficult for users to know at which location they are when they are faced with many images and they have to scroll up or down • Can there be an expand or collapse with each location in search page? So if there are a lot of locations and one needs to scroll down on search results page it would be easier to collapse (not show images) or expand (show images) SHORTLIST • Is it possible to e-mail shortlisted images in a zipped folder per locations instead of individual photos? • Is it possible to download shortlist as an option? Once shortlisted, can images be downloaded into a zip folder for user or be able to email as above point? • “Send this shortlist by email”: register or log in needs to be added or Registered Users Only can send an email and download. • On Homepage, we need to link this up with all reference to registration and saving shortlists as there is no place to do that CONTACT US • Spam filter – insert a “I am a human” button? We get span for more effective website weekly BACK END – Search function for location names instead of going through each page individually. NB!
