Drainage and soil investigation help required on small residential project

We are are an architectural practice looking for some help with responding to the comments below we received from Building Control regarding drainage and soil investigation, for a small project for four houses. Comments are as follows, but I'll be able to describe them and the project in more detail over Zoom: ENVIRONMENT 1. A soil investigation report by a relevant engineer requires to be forwarded to confirm that the proposed site is free from harmful or dangerous substances. (Soil investigation results are in the Appendices of other documents for the project, and need to be compiled into a structured report) 2. Please provide a drainage specification for all proposed underground rainwater and foul drainage pipes including size, type of pipe, bedding material and invert level. 3. Rodding points require to be provided at all changes of direction and the head of all new drainage lines. 4. Please clarify what the rainwater riser is which is indicated on Dwg 11 rev C. 5. Provide full details and specification of the proposed swale being constructed to collect the rainwater discharge. 6. Please specify the method of discharging the rainwater outfall from the swale being formed. (Perculating) 7. Please submit a copy of block plan 101 indicating the location of the trial holes referred to in the percolation test report 8. Please highlight all foul and rainwater drainage lines which are to be adopted by Scottish water on the proposed layout in order to clarify which drains are to be inspected and tested by PKC. (All private, none to be adopted.) 9. Please provide an annotated section detail of the proposed foul soakaway.
