Cloud migration project to a GCP or AWS infrastructure

Boost security and reliability. Improve maintainability. We're looking for a professional with experience in cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) to help us achieve these objectives. Cloud Infrastructure Requirements: Reproducibility: Infrastructure should be easily generated through repeatable, maintainable procedures. Scalability: Seamless scaling for a significant increase in accommodation properties without service disruptions. Continuous Maintenance: Support maintenance, updates, and improvements without service downtime. PCI Compliance: Implement robust security measures to comply with PCI DSS for data protection and secure payments. Development Environment: Cloud environment promoting agile software development, easy developer onboarding, and streamlined development cycles. Cost Efficiency: Infrastructure optimized for cost control, avoiding unexpected expenses. Application Performance: Enhance the speed and responsiveness of the PMS application. Resourceful Storage: Cost-effective storage solutions for images and documents with data integrity. Backup & Restore: Efficient backup and restore mechanism for the entire system or specific components. Fault Tolerance: Design with high availability and minimal impact from hardware/software failures. Notification and alert system. Terraform generation script. Platform configuration and authentication setup. Virtual networks integrated with VPN. Firewall setup directing traffic to nginx on web server. Web server setup (with configuration scripts*). Token server setup (PCI compliant) (with configuration scripts*). Connection with Database as a Service (DbaaS). Network and firewall configuration for various subsystems. Backup system on AWS or GCP. Scripts for infrastructure reproducibility in staging and development environments. Migration plan. Phase II: Proposal for the new infrastructure in line with requirements. Implementation of generation scripts. Support during the migration phase. Phase III: Proposal for a maintenance contract.
