Website with CMS and Social Media Network

We would like to build a company website with Product Catalog and Product Details, following is the scope. SCOPE 1. The website around 10 standard pages, need to maintained by CMS 2. What's News Listing and Detail pages, need to maintained by CMS 3. Product Catalog and Product Detail pages, around 2-3 level Catalog need to maintained by CMS 4. Three languages required 5. Integrate with Facebook and Twitter, when input a News at CMS then post to Website, Facebook Wall and Twitter. (We already have Facebook Fans page and Twitter account. Need to provide the integration.) NOTE 1. Source Code need to provided. 2. .NET is preferable 3. CMS sample screen is required.
