I'm looking for an expert to implement a bi-level tolling pricing model on a bridge using Vissim software with the aim of optimizing traffic flow and reducing carbon emissions. This will include assessing the effects of various tolls on traffic parameters. Needs include: - Creation of a Time-based toll - Implementation of a Step toll - Deployment of a Variable toll The analysis will focus on the following traffic parameters: - Traffic volume - Travel time Ideal candidates should have experience with Vissim and modeling traffic parameters. An understanding of toll optimization as it relates to traffic flow and environmental considerations is a plus.
