Website Troubleshooting of Adwords Site Policy

I have a problem which haunted me for weeks, I just have a AdWords account, and recently add some ads. And then the problems comes, I got email saying that my website didn't pass, cause it violate the policies. I have viewed the mentioned policies parts and did some corrections.
