Short German Translation needed ASAP

Dear fellow translators, I have my hands full at the time and I need a quick but good translation from a webpage containing Terms of Use. Simple translation with around 450 words to translated only!!! Also, I need you to proofread a simple webpage that was already translated (just needs clean up and error checking...also around 450 words). All can be done in less than 2 hours. I want a dedicated translator that will be willing to continue to work with be because I have regular translations. Task is very small so I'm wlling to pay $20. More work coming next month !! Long-term business relation is wanted!!
