Custom Firefox build

Custom firefox web browser development required. Browser required for education tool in education industry. -Browser shall start up and goto a URL as defined in a text file -Browser shall start up in full screen with no tool bars etc -Browser shall prevent the display of the mouse cursor on screen -Browser shall preload all pages (including css background image) before displaying. -Browser shall have the option to cross dissolve between pages Developers should have good C++ experience and preferably have some web browser development. The developer should use the open source firefox code and use that to build this browser.
