Developing some tools related to tiff/PDF files sparsing and PDF files pixel-by-pixel subtraction, as well as some useful function tools

Given the surprising response I got from you freelancers, I decided to give more details of my project and ask you to include more. The price will be adjusted accordingly, and upon your bids. 1- I need to take 2 pdf files, which are essentially and basically two highly similar images (but in pdf), called A and B files, with minor differences images, and subtract them pixel by pixel and save it in C file (and I mean it! at the end I want to see the difference of the two pdf images). your program should recognize colors and consider them in subtraction process. 2- Along-side the subtraction process, the program should output and name a copy of the A, B files and output the output file C according to a user defined naming convention 3- the program GUI should let the user to define general naming rule for A, B, and C, and put it in a user defined folder (that changes according to the naming "script") 4- the program should be able open pdf files, and "overly" any set of these A, B and C files. the above is the first part in more details. the second part of the project is less related to PDF technology, it is more general. 1- the program is run over a a set of 10 to 1000 pdf files, and extracts some "fields" using OCR and some other rules. the PDFs contain technical drawings and text together in any direction. 2- the "fields list" is created as follows and at anytime one can append or remove more fields to it. a- the user goes on the PDF file, and chooses the text, and "the area", and the "word" itself as well as "the area" co-ordinates get recorded in the database. 3- the texts in the "drawing area" should be recognized by OCR and get parsed for enabling search of a word or a combination of words in a single pdf or among all input pdf files Please do not bid yet, I need to leave and come back later tonight to complete it. today is 7/29/2022
