Gstreamer, Qt, C++, Windows Developer

gstreamer 1.20.5 is available via vcpkg. If our qt app is built using cmake then we don't have to maintain and build gstreamer separately; we can directly use it via vcpkg toolchain. Please ping to discuss this further. Nemo23
