Facebook Mark Up Language (FBML)

Hello! We have recently created an image for our Facebook Page and we now want to create a custom tab on our page that reflects this image along with allowing us to capture email addresses. If you are familiar with Facebook Mark Up Language and can code this custom tab for us please send me a message. This is a simple project and I am familiar with FBML but unfortunately not familiar with how to capture email addresses on the tab. I would want this project turned around in 24 hours or less. Thanks!
