Jquery and CSS extension of a webpage

We need a very experienced Jquery programmer in order to extend the functionalities of an existing page, that collects information in a hierarchical structured form of 4 levels. This information is then processed in another page, out of the scope of this project. Core functionalities have been already written, we are looking for a coder that can understand them and add to them some additional features, as well as improve the overall page graphics via CSS. Although only Jquery and css programming is needed, the page contains also ASP code, so you will need to have your own windows server to test the pages. No programming on ASP is required.
