custom sales dashboard along with qr code scanner using php and flutter

I am looking for a skilled PHP developer to create a custom sales dashboard for my business in flutter. Also this qr code should be scanned and data to be shown in live , like multiple devices must be able to access the scanned data instantly , number of devices will be 2-3 maximum at a time.
