I have almost 9.5 years of experience in IT Field with diverse experience in - Customer Support (Virtual / Onsite) - Software Testing & QA - Project Management (Virtual / Onsite) Project(s). Following are the few task(s) which I have been successfully accomplished with great zeal. 1)-Online Support i.e. via Phone Calls, Email correspondence, via SKYPE, Team Viewer session, Mikigo Session 2)-Managing Online Change Request queries and new requirements arose from different clients. 3)-Fill online Reservations/ Feedback/Job Application/Survey Forms. 4)-Configuration Setup of different web based Applications. 5)-Configuration of Chart of Accounts (COA) in different Accounting Software’s. 6)-Maintain Book Keeping. 7)-Preparation of Employee Payroll. 8)-Data entry in different Excel Template and Perform Import & Export in different software 9)-Setting up Email accounts on different groups, blogs & making posts, adding images to post, categorizing, formatting and tagging 10)-Assigning Top most requirements to the respective developers with coordination with the Project Manager. 11)-Contributing to online communities including forums, social bookmarking websites. 12)-Perform computer hardware/software installs and upgrades.
