Sunday Glow is a fast-growing skincare startup founded in 2020, we invented the first and only personalized Korean mask box. We are seeking a purposeful, technology-savvy teammate who thrives working in a fast-paced, collaborative, data-driven environment. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and gathering first-party data from our customers, analyzing the data, and creating insights and recommendations to help us optimize our business strategy. This is a freelancing project. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and conduct surveys to gather first-hand data from our customer base. - Analyze and interpret survey results to draw actionable insights that help us better understand our customers and drive business decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and data requirements. - Build reports to visualize and communicate survey results - Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to optimize business strategy. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-4 years conducting research and analytics in the digital/e-commerce landscape, and/or the beauty/skincare space – experience in both a strong plus - Experience in building complex surveys on online platforms such as Qualtrics, Survey Monkey or Typeform - Excellent data storytelling skills - Solid problem-solving skills and inquisitive nature allow you to deliver effective research - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail, accuracy and strong analytical thinking - Self-starter, highly motivated to learn and a problem-solver at heart - Strong desire to increase your understanding of the skincare and e-commerce sectors
