Change excel data from one format into another

Sheet one has 74 foods in spanish, each of which has 2 or 3 codes laid out horizontally, and for each code, there is a quantity value below it. The foods are highlighted yellow, the codes are highlighted grey and the quantities are white. Sheet two has a list of IDs and Foods (in spanish). It also has an empty column for codes and another one for quantity. What needs to be done: 1) Data in sheet 1 needs to be matched to the data in sheet two. For each food, the codes and quantity need to be added vertically (add new rows as needed). The first few rows have been done to show what is needed 2) The codes shouldn't have any spaces. In some cases they appear with spaces in the first sheet e.g. "12 x 3". These should appear in the second sheet without spaces e.g. "12x3" 3) Finally, the codes and crop names need to be copied to the new rows that were added (this has been done with the first few rows too)
