549904 data entry adding states and countries to user profiles wp

I have a spreadsheet of about 300 names that should also be members of our website I need someone with attention to detail that can go through and add the country and state and first name last name to the relevant user profiles on our wordpress website. Name entries will be made on the standard wp user list and the country and state needs to be added to the mailing list user section as we are creating lists of people from different areas.
