I need PDF images converted to jpeg, then uploaded to my website via an easy interface.

I have the attached PDF file with images of my products. I need someone to go through and save each image as a jpeg or png file with the proper item number as the file name, then upload it on my website through a user-friendly interface which looks like the attached image. I need each and every column (colored tube) saved as an image by itself, then subsequently uploaded. This means if you copy and paste the images, some of the images must be cropped multiple times until only a single column remains before being saved and uploaded.
