Virtual Assistant Position for Live Chat Paid as $/Chat We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with great American English comprehension and writing skills to assist us with Live Chat support. Live Chat software will be provided via web access (Flash) and the chat software includes a list of canned responses that will speed up the response times and minimize typing. Some additional work may be required to answer customer inquiries and a web panel will be provided to find order shipment details. Candidate should have excellent read/writing skills as well as great Customer Service skills. We expect extremely high-level customer support and professional, tactful communication with customers using proper grammar and American English. This is not a dedicated position and if you have a flexible work schedule then you can multitask and work for us at the same time (in order to earn more money). We expect there to be between 10-20 chats per day based on an 8 hour schedule. Chats are normally only 2-3 responses and 80% of the responses can be covered using canned responses we have programmed into the chat tool. We are paying on a per chat basis so the more you are available online then the more you can earn. We will keep detailed information in regards to your conversations and customers will be able to rate your interaction with them so we can improve our service. Requirements: 1. Work any time that fits your daily work schedule. 2. Always-on high speed internet access 3. Latest version of Flash software and IE, Chrome or Firefox 4. Must sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) 5. Be available via Chat tool like gTalk or MSN for training purposes and allow us to support you in real-time with outstanding questions. 6. Additional languages are a plus. Please note if you know any additional languages. PROJECT RENEWABILITY: -Project may be renewed for additional postings if vendor delivers high-quality work. BID REQUIREMENTS: -PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR COST PER CHAT BIDS BASED ON 100 CHATS. -Generic bids will be rejected. Serious bidders only. If you cannot complete the project, please do not bid. -Please provide us with details including your normal working days/hours in the US EST time zone. "I have thoroughly read your project brief and project requirements" Hello! I'm very interested in this position. I type 60wpm/8,500ksph (corrected). I have many years of customer service experience and I'm open to work any day from 12pm to 10pm EST. The flexible schedule is perfect for me because sometimes I have to drive my mother in law to and from Dr. appt's. Also, I'm not sure how much a typical payment would be for each chat, so I'll just say $2/chat, so if I average 4 chats per hour it comes to about $8/hour. I am a sociable person. I love dealing with other people. It has been a long time since I realize that I have what it takes to touch people's lives. It started when I was back in school, that I am often the person who my friends would run to ask advises. I didn't know that time that that already was customer service. I told myself to develop even more, and try to touch people's lives as I walk through theirs. During those times when I want to show my devotion in helping other people, I tried to be a nurse, but a scar from the past has been holding me back to get to that point where I can physically be on reach to help them out. I was depressed that moment thinking I couldn't be at all the individual I wanted to be. And then out of nowhere, I was introduced to the BPO industry. I was mainly under customer service in voice accounts. At first, it was hard to catch up, the language was foreign, and the environment was pretty much different to the way I view things. And at that time, I had been to struggles I felt I couldn't overcome. But the optimism in me still thrives deep within, shedding me light along the way, and I did manage to overcome all this differences and more, made it a part of me. And since then, I have had been in the call center business for a bit of time now. More than enough to qualify for this position that I am wanting to acquire.

"I have thoroughly read your project brief and project requirements" That may very well be enough, but to elaborate, I would like to include that I am able to meet each minimum requirement meticulously, along with a few minimum requirements that I believe are suitable for an Online Live Chat agent. That of which includes, but is not limited to; English fluent (unlike outsourced call centers where your name is always mispronounced), spelling and grammar proficient, 70 WPM typing with 10-key touch. Currently, I am an AB Mass communication student at Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Colleges, General Santos City Philippines and a Call Center Agent as well at Custard Apple Outsourcing. And in line with the job that you are offering, I already have an experience in doing Live Chat Support to our customers in the US with regards, to rooting their Android Devices. Aside from chatting, we also do call our customers if necessary. My free time would be 2:30 pm - 8:30 pm EST or beyond and I am willing to work 7 days a week.
