Basically we have upwards of 15k samples that need to be entered into some kind of cloud database (preferably Google Drive, which we can provide) to build a catalog. We had a system previously where all the information was entered but, unfortunately, the person managing that system has taken off and we have only the paper copies. I have these files scanned and saved as PDFs, but they are not searchable. So each line needs to have a manufacturer-provided name, our name, a space for the color name (this info is not on our documents), and the name of the manufacturer, and the price. It's a very simple project, it's just that no one in the office has time to complete it in addition to everything else. I have included an example of the documents you will be working off of below.
