Data Formulas/Macro (Finding Time Between Durations) - open to bidding

Hi, Please review attached document. I need help finding a formula/macro that will tell me how long the person is sleeping (In column D: 0 = not asleep, 1 = asleep), and the amount of time it takes a person to fall asleep (sum between the first 1 of the lying in column C and first 1 of sleeping column D). The problem is that the document has about 7 days worth of data, capturing each minute. Thus, the formula/macro must also be able to define sleep and time taken to fall asleep (accounting for awakenings) during each 24 hour period.
