Attention to detail is important and I have stated exactly what is needed and what I can pay **** I’m a charity working trying to run several charities and getting 4 businesses off the ground. I’m exhausted, overwhelmed and need reliable help to get organized and manage tasks. I need help to take some of the work off of me so I can focus on bigger projects. V My personal assistant would: - manage a calendar - help run 4 Shopify stores (3 are new) - a lot of copy and paste work - other office and personal tasks as needed Assistant must be professional, have an impeccable work ethic, able to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and stay in contact but not distract me from my work. Must know and be proficient in: - MS Teams - Canva - Shopify - MS Office - Amazon - Blogger Some knowledge helpful in: - Dropshipping - Wordpress - AI - Graphic Art - Videography 20 hours to start but my goal is to find someone to build a good relationship with and increase hours to a full-time job. I am a firm believer in rewarding good work and if I can make these new companies successful, my assistant will benefit as well. I’m looking for a long time partner. I’m extremely loyal, appreciative and generous but at the moment, I’m getting started on the companies. I’ve been at the charity almost 30 years. I can pay $100 a week to start for 25 hours per week. I know it’s not a lot but it’s all I have. I will pay via Freelancer the first month. I only want to work with one individual, not a company. Please do not apply if you are a company or "team".
