Dear Sir, As per my understanding you have data in multiple Databases lying in various tables which are huge in size. Also you have data in CSV format. You need to extract data from these sources and output into MySQL database in Tables which can be used by your Website. So before putting the data into the MySql database any invalid records needs to be omitted and spelling & other corrections (Eg Persons last name changed, invalid characters in amount, improper date field ,... to name a few )applied to the data. To do this you are requesting to take bunches of say 100000 records at a time & apply corrections using Excel. Merge all of them into one database. Finally a merged database from which you need to extract specific sets of data which is useful for your business functionality. You may require many reports based on the merged data. The type of reports that you require can be communicated once the merged database is ready. The reports might include consolidation of figures based on grouping, information about specific items which match specific criteria,... Please go through my profile. I can assure you that I have the required experience in many databases, .csv files,Web projects & in Excel to carry out your requirements without much intervention from your side. The task included cleaning the data (automated search-and-replace included) and then typesetting it into a 400-page directory meant for print. 2) Yes, I am available for a trial. 3) My specific MySQL experience is rather limited.
