Project to build PRNG, this project will be in 2 phases, phase one to come-up with the algorithm according to input which I will provide, which ensure that the generated numbers looks random and satisfy the RNG requirement, phase 2 will be to develop interface so that I can change the seed whenever I need but it will be according to the algorithm which was built in phase 1. Payment will be for each phase, 70% for phase 1 and 30% for phase 2
