Delphi application for live transcoding

Hello, I am looking for a coder that can create a Live transcoding application based on FFMPEG. The application should read live stream from UDP and HTTP live stream, transcoded to H264/AAC and stream out in RTMP to Wowza Media Server. The interface should allow setup of unlimited channels to be [login to view URL] channel comes from different source and should be able to stream out in different bit-rate, frame size and FPS.
