See attached pdf document for detailed description; Need a class library (and a test form app to test library) that will read in a value from a specific node in an XML-formatted file, and allow changing that value and saving the document out to another file. The XML-formatted file that will be used, as an example, is also attached, for reference (The '[login to view URL]' file). Note - Source code for the completed project will be required for this project, as additional development will be made to the library once it's finished.

This looks like a well specified and interesting project. If producing the class library in C# is an option, please get in touch. I am a UK developer and I would use unit tests to test this code, as I do all of my code, but could also provide a WPF testing environment as well.
