DVD Swap Site

I need a website similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] but a simpler version. You could clone any of the above sites and make changes from there or we can start from scratch. Or better still, if you have created such a site before, we will just make changes from it. The basic function of the site is to allow members to exchange DVDs. Members will be awarded points when they send out DVDs and deducted points when they receive DVD. The members who receive DVDs will need to pay a transaction fee. The points could be purchased as well. The design should be a simple web2.0 format, as simple as it can possibly be. I need the site to be running in 1 week.
