Typsy Course Learning/Instructional Design

Hi there, we are Typsy, the world's leading online training platform for the hospitality industry. We create video courses on a range of industry-relevant topics, from bartending to cleaning, leadership to cooking. All of our courses are bitesized (approx 10 lessons at 3-5 mins each), and delivered on-camera by subject matter experts. We are about to enter a busy phase in our production schedule, so are looking for one or more experienced learning/instructional designers to support our in-house team of designers and copywriters to create our course content. We are looking for a learninig/instructional designer who can work collaboratively on a course with us over a 4-8 week period, and ideally on multiple course. We will maintain contact with the clients and subject matter experts involved in each project, but require your support in the following phases: Phase 1 - Forming learning objectives Phase 2 - Content formation Phase 3 - Supporting materials Please see the attached guide for more details on the deliverables required at each stage. We will provide templates, Typsy design standards, a full briefing and deadlines for each project. Whilst your work can be done independently, we very much see you as an extension of our team for the duration of the project. We are currently looking to find the right people to work and will then set out a schedule of work for a specific project.
