Hi, I have experience with electronics, developing schematic and developing PCB layout. I worked on projects like a smartHome systems (smartSwitch, smartSocket, smartTemperature, smartWindow, smartDoor, smartGarden), PowerPC (7 layer board). Development of the devices which includes creating a schematic and PCB design and routing a 2,4,7-layer board, develop programs for PIC16F8 controllers and WiFi module (ESP8266). from the experience I gained, there are certain rules should be applied in the design: 1-Make an ample research and the datasheets of the components that will be used to provide the right amount of current and voltage for each component. 2- try to make it as simple as possible to lower the manufacturing cost 3- knowing the amount of current in the PCB to calculate the right width of the traces for both the signal and the power. 4-knowing the design rules of the Fab house that the PCB will be manufactured at in the end. 5- more importantly revise the schematic and the PCB layout several times to avoid any errors in the manufacturing process later. All of the previous rules I try to keep in mind and follow as the design takes place.
