I have a UPS circuit. I want to replicate it. I want its circuit schematics, Bill of materials, and Gerber file. The circuit is designed to support a wide AC power range, from 110V to 220V, providing flexibility for various power sources. It includes voltage surge protection to shield the device from fluctuations. The battery features overcharge protection, promoting long-term battery health. When AC power is available, the circuit operates with AC power and charges the battery. In the absence of AC power, it seamlessly switches to a battery backup. It should have a step-up converter during battery backup as one the output should be 24V. A safety cut-off activates if the battery voltage drops below 10V, ensuring reliable performance and protection for the connected device. The first wire connection is for on/ off the device. If we off the device still the battery will charge. The second wire connection is for LED indication for AC or Battery operated and charging with AC or battery full. 6 Third wire connection for three different output (12V,5A), (12V,4A) and (24 V, 2A). The fourth wire connection is for the solar panel which charges the battery. The fifth wire connection is for battery charging, for a battery of 12V, 7Ah which requires a 14V, 1A for charging. Provide extra charging connection for another battery charging, having battery capacity of 12V, 18Ah, which requires 12V, 5A for charging. The sixth and seventh wire connections are for detecting whether the solar panel is connected correctly or not. If the correct wire connection is then the green LED will glow otherwise red LED light will glow.

Hi I had an experience of more than 6 years in PCB, Antenna, RF and Microwave circuits design using KiCAD, Altium Designer, Ansys HFSS, CST Microwave Studio and Keysight ADS. I have designed various PCBs with ATMEL, Nordics nRF, ESP32 microcontroller boards for different applications. As per the description I understood that, a 2 layer PCB board should be reverse engineered as same as your UPS board shown in images shared and need to let you know the BoM and share Schematic, Layout, and gerber files. Procedure: Generally up to 2 layers we can do reverse engineering 1. Need to analyse the PCB board to know the ICs mainly used and passive components correspondingly. From this we can go through the data sheets and understand the applications of the circuit and ICs. 2. Observes the layout connection and try to get the schematic of the circuit. 3. Once drawn the schematic layout will be updated from that. 4. Will generate the Schematic, Layout, BoM and Gerber files from the designed one. Can you please share the dimensions of the corresponding PCB board and snapshots of the PCB Top layer and Bottom Layer much clear. Dear Client, I hope you are doing well. I would like to quickly brief up my understanding of your requirement. You need a replica made of an existing UPS circuit. The working functionality is as under 1. The circuit should support a flexible power supply from 110V to 220V 2. Battery will have overcharge protection 3. When AC is working the circuit will operate with AC power and charge the battery. 4. If AC is not up it will charge up the battery 5. Step up converter during battery backup 6. Cut off at 10V 7. LED indication for running mode. I should be able to do it. We have designed a lot of complex hardware with microcontrollers and FPGA before. I would love to discuss this (though you have listed the requirements very clearly :) ) We can provide you with gerber, BOM an schematics. And if you need dev boards we can produce 2 samples as well.
