Hi It will be a software based project. no hardware required. I will required the following items to be achieved Case study : Controlling a remote dc motor over the network. Control signal & Feedback signal will be transmitting over the [login to view URL] focus will be on the Simulation of Communication deficiencies which will affect the performance of the system over the network comprising of the following 1) Packet loss 2) Delays 3) Enviromental noise * A full detail report will be required explaining each cause on how does its will affect on the system .

I have over 10 years of experience in Matlab / Simulink and modeling. Can I work in Matlab or Simulink. I will model and simulate a dc motor with a control made in the network, taking into account the noise, the communication delay and packet loss, however, would be interesting to some protocol to determine the size of the frames and other parameters. I have a doctorate in telecommunications and I am a professor of modeling dynamic systems and 3 years.
