E-mail lists / databases from Europe and other countries needed

Looking for email lists from all over the world, WITH EXCEPTION OF U.S. - suitable for marketing purposes. They can be even "e-mail only" lists (you know: no other data, just long list of addresses) - but there are 2 requirements: - low price - high percentage of valid e-mails (of course, "fresh" data preferred) Got something to offer? First of all B2C (consumer) data is needed - but B2B also can be considered. I'm interested in acquiring the records in bulk - I mean: millions of records at rather low price. That's why I wrote, they can be even "e-mail only" lists. Please, contact me ONLY with the following detailed description for EACH database you want to offer: - database name - or its filename - which country - database type (consumer or business, B2C or B2B) - short description of database (a few words what does it contain) - number of records - the expected price - a short sample of - say - 100 records Please, note: if you're interested in this deal, and able to meet the conditions, you may be later asked for additional sample of 1000 records for every selcted database. This is since we don't want to buy the addresses we've got already - and the sample shall be compared to our archive. All the records should be unique - no duplicated records (neither e-mails), please, therefore de-duplicate your databases, if it hasn't been done. The records have to contain e-mails - no records for "tele-marketing" (e.g. with just phone number as contact) shall be considered. This moment no USA records shall be considered - only the ones from every other country.
