I want to create a Mobile Power Pack

Dear Sir, I have good experience in electronic circuits design, and i have made prototype for new idea product and mailed to the client before "Freelancing work", but other website well, First i need to ask you some questions: 1- Do you need a complete design for the power pack?, " 3D or 2D drawings +Electronic circuit design?", or only the electronics? 2- Do you need to prototype the electronic circuit with battery and USB or only design of this? as if you need to draw 2D or 3D drawings, for the enclosure of the power pack with that size you mentioned, and with details, i know someone here on freelancer that may do that work for you for the electronics work, i can design and prototype according to the price i gave and deadline keeping the size of the enclosure, and the challenge in this i think will be the battery " compact battery to supply 5v, 2A and 5A/hr", so hopefully some supplier provide battery with these specifications if not, i expect to find one 5v, 2A , compact size, but may take longer time to charge the android Looking forward to hear from you answering my questions, and that's my skype "gaber2611", as im not always here for discussion Thanks

Dear sir, madam, Your request is absolutely impossible until we invent comic-book type portable nuclear fusion. Let's say you are talking about a 5Ah Lithium Prime battery (non-rechargeable). These have the highest energy density per liter of known battery types. That's 3V, 5Ah = 15Wh. Lithium Prime has about 1kW per liter. Your device has to be: 0.4*0.2*0.1 = 0.008dm = 0.008liter. So that's only 8Wh and can never be recharged. If you want 5Ah at 5V it's even worse, you want an output at 25Wh, but no battery makes an even 5V, so you need a converter with, let's say 80% efficiency. So you get a battery capacity of minimum 31.25Wh, which has to have a volume at least 4 times as large as what you want. And all that is assuming Lithium Prime. The best Lithium Polymer rechargeables come to about 500W per liter and the affordable ones to about 300W per liter. And if that's not enough, those volumes are actual chemical volumes, not outside dimensions, so even a high-grade manufacturer will only achieve about 85% fill factor. Added all together, anyone claiming to be able to make a battery 4cm x 2cm x 1cm with rechargeable technology and a higher capacity than 3Wh (is approximately 800mAh at 3.7V Li-Po cell) is a fraud.
