Excel - VBA Macro to calculate distance and time between multiple sets of addresses

I have a spreadsheet of many pairs of addresses (starting and ending) and I'd like a Excel VBA macro that automatically calculates the distance/travel time between them. There's code for this that already exists, using the Google Maps API. If you search for it, there's several instances. Can you please produce a VBA macro that does work? I'm a pretty experienced excel user, so you won't have to hold my hand too much. I've attached a sample data set. thanks!
