registration application 90% completed - will give bonus!

I have a project that is 90% completed. It is in asp.net / vb.net and MSSQL 2008. I have a registration page that is almost complete but requires a grid with check boxes to selct and unselect, it will require a check all / uncheck all button and it should load and save fairly fast. The developer that was completing this project is good, but lives in an area that constantly loses power or his internet connection. I needed this project finished today. So whom ever bids on it needs to have the final page completed within 24 hours of biding.
