Webstart and an applet to capture webcam images

I need a coder to build a simple webpage (1 page) and an applet to capture webcam images. Please read the detailed requirement in the attached file carefully before bidding. Also, please show me your previous work (demo) in webcam applet, etc. Technologies: Java (JSP, servlet,…) MySQL 5 Apache Tomcat 5,6 Lti-civil for buliding webcam applet Eclipse IDE Deliveries: All war (deploy) files including all source code (webcam applet, webstart,…) DB MySQL script Run all browsers (IE, FF,…) Documentation and how to build in Eclipse IDE and deploy to a fresh machine (Windows Server 2003 32/64 bit) Notes: I will choose a person in a short time (12 hours) ??"
