Calculating probabilities for events in the log file, the events are related together by some relations like, follow, dependency, sequence, or, And. ..etc. After calculating the probabilities (building mathematical formulas), we need to get real values after implementing these formulas on real events log sample. Then we need to build a Bayesian network. The final stage is to build workflow as a result of this network based on Petri nets
