Hi, It's a pleasure to meet you. I am the best the candidate for the job because even though English is not my native language (my native language is Filipino) I grew up speaking English 24/7. Our medium of instruction in school from kindergarten to university is English. I also communicate in English with my family and friends. To be honest I'm more comfortable with English than my own language. I know it can tough when you want to express yourself but cannot find the right words, in the right language. I had a couple of experiences like this with some of my classmates in my MBA in the US. They usually struggled because they first formulate the thought/ idea in their native language - Spanish, Portugues, etc., and then translate it to English.
