(Microsoft Word, Notepad, OpenOffice, etc.) Additionally, any other requirements that you need it to have (Names of people speaking, etc?) From your description, it appears that you need it for a readable version, perhaps to place under the video so people can read your content, as opposed to watching the whole video. Am I right?
