Environmental/Meteorologist/ Data Expert for THESIS Writing

Seeking an individual to assist in completion of this project. I have 90% of the data and have made progress on some, all files will be shared. The main objectives are: ********************************************************************************************************************************** 1. Using Hourly PM2.5, Hourly Met data, to see the effect on air pollution (PM2.5) in Calexico, CA. caused by agricultural burns. 1a. Determine if Calexico, CA. has higher air pollution when compared to other Imperial County cities by studying each city's PM data. 2. Analyze meteorological data to determine sources of PM Pollution in Calexico, CA 3. Evaluate cross-border transportation by analyzing wind direction and speed in Mexicali and Calexico ******************************************************************************************************************************** The meteorological HOURLY data for 2017 must be thoroughly analyzed to include wind maps & rose diagrams. The following is needed in order to thoroughly analyze the data: a) Frequency table of wind direction/speed for each MONTH of 2017 b) Frequency table of wind direction/speed for the "warm" months c) Frequency table of wind direction/speed for "cold" months d) Frequency table of wind direction/speed for each 6th day of each month (Jan 6, Jan 12, Jan 18, etc.) e) Create Rose Wind Diagram for each MONTH of 2017 (CALM should be .5 to not skew data) f) Create Rose Wind Diagram for "warm" months g) Create Rose Wind Diagram for "cold" months h) Provide mean temperature of each MONTH i) Provide mean temperature of the "cold" months j) Provide mean temperature of the "Warmer" months k) Provide mean humidity & rain fall in "cold" months l) Provide mean humidity & rainfall in "warmer" months" m)Obtain sunrise/sunset times for each month of 2017 and add to master dataset sheet. NOTE: You may select how you define "cold" and "warm" months, must be consistent and have a valid explanation in the METHODS section. ******************************************************************************************************************************* ANALYSIS: a) Working off a final merged data spreadsheet, analyze hourly PM 2.5 by ug/mg^3 (based off health standards, annual 12 ug/m^3 & daily 35 ug/m^3 a1) > =12 a2) 12-35 a3) 35+ CREATE A TABLE WITH THESE RESULTS ^^ b) if above 35 ug/m^3, in what direction did the wind come from? c) if between 12-35, in what direction did the wind come from? d) Diurnal pattern of PM2.5 (hourly pattern) y axis= PM2.5 x axis= hour d1)Do this average within season for all pollution hours e) your choice of analysis/association to support objectives *************************************************************************************************** Please include methods section, milestone payments preferred to see how it's going and if it's still the right fit.
