Write some Software

I play daily fantasy football leagues such as the ones found at fanduel or draftkings. What I would like to have is a program (preferably written in C#) that can take as an import two files: The first file that has all of the players names and their "price". The second file has all of the players names and their "projected scores". What I would like for the output is to divide price by projected score so I can sort of see each players "value" so that I can in-turn use that information to build an optimal lineup. I hope this makes sense. Attached are two files for just quarterback (american football position) that gives you some sample names, projected scores, and price. I will need to do this with multiple players on a weekly basis. Thanks, clark
