Hello,   We are using two Google Spreadsheets to run our proxy business where each Spreadsheet has a bunch of individuals sheets that we manually update and some sheets are dynamically updated by grabbing information from our other spreadsheet or different sheets within the same spreadsheet. What we are looking for is someone that can build us a fancy dashboard where we can easily view some data from our spreadsheet that is dynamically updated as data is entered by our staff throughout the day. Some of the items we are looking for on the dashboard which would be dynamically updated as data is entered into the original Google Sheet would be… 1. Idle Proxy Licenses 2. Proxies Ending Today 3. 1Day + 12Hr Ending Today 4. Total Projected Idles Today 5. Gross Revenue (Current + Trending Over Time) 6. Profit (Current + Trending Over Time) 7. 50/50 Cut (Current + Trending Over Time) 8. Cash Balance (Current + Trending Over Time) 9. Currently Active “12Hr Orders” 10. Currently Active “24Hr Orders” 11. Currently Active “Monthly” “Weekly” and “Single-Locations” with revenue for each of those 3 items listed. We want another sheet (or page...etc) where we can see hourly snapshots of our gross revenue, profits, 50/50 splits, and idle proxies where we can see a nice graph to view hourly trends over time. Your dashboard will need to capture and chart this data every 60 minutes. Freelancer should be experienced with building custom dashboards and working with advanced Google Sheets data. Please send us examples of dashboards you have already created. We tend to ignore bids that appear to be copy & pasted and highly prefer bids where it shows that you took the time to read our project, view the sample data, and spend at least a few minutes giving us a custom bid. Let me clear you your dashboard choice perfectly fine and I can tell you I would love to make you such dashboard - either in googlesheet or in webpage (html/csss) though Google App Script - a feature within googel sheet available for such perpose. I am currently involved in such project where dynamic data fetching from different website, of spreadhseet thorugh API. I will love to collaborate with you - hope this will continue for long time. Software bridging Solutions would utilise Google forms or Jotforms for data entry in conjunction with Google sheets for the response sheet (Database Sheet). Database sheets would be protected and dashboards to query the databases and form url links for data editing directly from the dashboard. Separate secure dashboards for each staff member customised for each person with only the data requirements needed for each individual The issue l see with the way you are populating your spreadsheets cell by cell is the potential to overwrite by mistake and the limitation because you cannot query the data and edit from the query on the fly as needed. Using query in sheets, data can be manipulated. Dynamic search fields can be set-up based on any search criteria. Forms for data entry would provide automation to populate response sheets. Using query with importrange we can create a one to many relationship with all sheets and data with edit function across all queries and data is updated live, safely and across all dashboards as needed.
