Data analysis Reports in Ms Access

i need to make Data analysis to an Access database for production planning, the existing Database include orders where each order have different products and the each products consists of different parts(different products may or may not share the same part). there are two warehouse each has some stock of the parts WH2 is the closest to the assembly process and thus all available stock needed to deliver the order will always be secured from WH2 first before checking WH1 the stock available is unplanned and it can complete only few orders ( in best case) and partially almost all orders, to get the best usage of the stock of parts available it is needed to be able to supply as much as possible products and orders at the same time, also to maximize production capacity usage. it is needed also to produce less parts to complete more products (parts missing in stock) at the begining then later produce more parts needed for product with more missing parts. some iteriations are needed to know the best usage of the available stock and define the work priority of each order according to its parts BOM completion %, in the process the available stock is to be associated with different orders. i have a folder of photos for parts and products will need to include them in the database as well an importing application needed to be able to do this job orders, PO and material request are to be implemented to be issued from the database program
