Find the most valueable hours in a day... (MS EXCEL)

We have a series of values, which describe the "value" of 15 minutes in consecutive 15-min-intervalls, as follows: from - to value 00:00h - 00:14h 5 00:15h - 00:29h 9 00:30h - 00:44h 11 00:45h - 00:59h 8 01:00h - 01:14h 3 01:15h - 01:29h 88 etc. The value of 00:00h - 00:59h is 5+9+11+8=33 The value of 00:15h - 01:14h is 9+11+8+3=31 The value of 00:30h - 01:29h is 11+8+3+88=110 etc. The task is to find the x most valuable hours (containing 4 consecutive 15-minute-values) of the entire series of data. *Typically*, there are 48 values, representing 12 hours (see attached example) and we need to find the five most valuable hours (x=5). *Note1*: The hour can start at *any* of the 15min-values, like one hour 03:15h - 04:14h or one hour 02:45h - 03:44h *Note2*: The most valuable hours may contain every 15-min-value of the series only once (no double usage, no overlapping of the most valueable hours) The table is in MS EXCEL. So formulas, a spread-sheet, etc shall be provided as a result. An example is provided as an attachment.
