I’d like to apply for the data entry position you currently have advertised on your website. With more than 10 years of experience in both data entry and adobe indesign, I believe I’m more than qualified to the project.
I graduated from Central Mindanao University, Philippines in 2005 with a degree of Bachelor of Science Mathematics. I started my data entry career on an “as-needed” basis at Spi Global Technologies Inc., with my primary duties being data entry and copy pasting from adobe pdf h Microsoft Excel. When I proved the most adept at data entry, however, I later assigned to adobe indesign. It was there I learned how to make pages of Grade K to Grade 12, but still we do copy pasting from pdf file to client template provided, placed different photo, and fixing mathematical formulas. There were times also that we do data entry if the provided pdf file of the client, copy pasting is not possible.
As for my other skills, I’m extremely detail-orientated and can spot documentation errors from a mile away and I also have strong management abilities. As I’ve already explained, I’m an independent worker who’s navigated the clerical world with ease. Put me in front of a computer and I’ll figure it out.
